Programs, courses, and talks
Based on our educational backgrounds and many years of experience across a wide range of leadership roles, we offer services ranging from general talks about Greenland to tailored programs for workplaces. Our particular focus is on strategy execution, leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration.
EQ Leadership Program
At Pikiala ApS, we have partnered with Styrk din ledelseskerne™ to deliver a hands-on leadership program focused on social awareness, relationships, and communication across cultures.
You will gain practical tools that go far beyond long PowerPoint presentations. We work in small groups of approximately 10 participants. The program consists of two modules, with individual coaching provided between modules.
Through the leadership program, you will:
– Develop strong leadership competencies
– Strengthen your leadership through self-awareness
– Analyze and act effectively in relationships
– Communicate with insight into cultural differences
– Create psychological safety and thereby achieve better results
– Maintain a clear overview as a leader – even in challenging situations
Development journeys
A couple of times a year, we at Pikiala, in collaboration with Dorte Krogh, organize development journeys for different groups across Greenland. Based on Greenland’s extraordinary nature, the focus is on hiking, immersion, networking, sharing, and gaining increased knowledge about Greenland—historically, culturally, economically, and socially.
Our journeys always take place in small groups of around 10 participants, creating a confidential and developmental environment. Through these journeys, we aim to introduce participants to Greenland, to each other, and to provide an opportunity for immersion and reflection.
Some journeys are targeted at women or men, while others are open to everyone.
